Policies, Procedures & Fees

Timeliness  - it is crucial that you arrive on time for your appointment. If a patient is late the session will begin upon their arrival and will end at the allotted time, full payment will be required.

Patient Cancellations -24 hour cancellation is required. Please understand that these are appointment times which could otherwise have been filled and it is difficult to fill the appointment on short notice.  If cancellation with less than 24 hour notice occurs a $20.00 fee will be assessed. Your co-operation and consideration is greatly appreciated.

Practitioner Cancellations - 24 hour cancellation is required and rescheduling at the earliest convenience will be top priority. If a cancellation occurs in less than 24 hours due to the practitioner, the appointment will be rescheduled and payment  for that rescheduled session will be reduced. 

Payment  - due at the time of receipt of treatment

No insurance is accepted, however, if a bill is required to submit to the insurance company that can be provided

Clothing - for acupuncture treatments please wear loose clothing, shorts and a t-shirt or tank top are ideal

Hygiene - bathing or showering prior to receipt of acupuncture or massage treatment is preferred

Initial intake and treatment – (Hour and a half) – $110

Subsequent Treatments  - $60

Package of Initial intake & treatment plus 5 sessions  -$390 

Massage

One Hour Session  - $70                                                                            

Hour and a half session– $ 110

Package of 6, 1 hour sessions - $385

Package of 6, 1 hour and a half sessions - $605

House Calls

One hour session - $90

An hour and a half - $135
