Timeliness -
it is crucial that you arrive on time for your appointment. If a patient is late the session will begin upon their arrival
and will end at the allotted time, full payment will be required.
Patient Cancellations -24 hour cancellation
is required. Please understand that these are appointment times which could otherwise have been filled
and it is difficult to fill the appointment on short notice. If cancellation with less than 24 hour notice occurs
a $10.00 fee will be assessed. Your co-operation and consideration is greatly appreciated.
Practitioner Cancellations - 24 hour cancellation is required and rescheduling
at the earliest convenience will be top priority. If a cancellation occurs in less than
24 hours due to the practitioner, the appointment will be rescheduled and payment for that rescheduled session
will be reduced.
